A Teacup Bouquet

*

Hello my friends...I hope you're having a fabulous day!

I had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! God has blessed me in so many ways! I thank Him daily for my sweet mother, my three lovely daughters...for all of my family! They are my most precious treasure!!!

My youngest daughter Jenni surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers for Mother's Day! I thought I would share it with you today. Enjoy!!!

A Teacup Bouquet

Isn't this just the sweetest little bouquet that you have ever seen? Jenni knows me well...she knows that I love teacups!

I placed the teacup bouquet on my dining room table...sure looks pretty!

This teacup and saucer is just darling all dressed up in its beautiful blue and white polka dots and pretty pink carnations! I love the delicate pink pattern that decorates the top edge of the teacup too!

All of the flowers in this bouquet are miniatures. Miniature white roses, baby pink carnations, white and purple mums, and I'm not sure what the teeny-tiny purple flowers are...but I just adore them!!!

Thank you, dear Jenni...for my lovely teacup bouquet!!! I am sooo enjoying it and after the flowers are long gone...I will think of you every time I drink a cup of tea or coffee from this gorgeous little teacup! I love you, baby girl!

I am joining in with this sweet party today....

Thank you, Marty...for hosting this fabulous party for us to enjoy!

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well my friends...thank you so much for coming by today! Please leave me a note and let me know that you were here...I would love to visit with you!
Warmest Spring Wishes!
Chari,
This will be a teacup that you will especially treasure. It is so very pretty and a wonderfully thoughtful gift.
It sounds like you had a wonderful day. Isn't it the best blessing in the world to be a Mom?
How fun!! She does know you well. I'm back from N.Mexico, and now am preparing for my trip to Germany & France - I leave in 3 weeks. Hopefully, anyway - haven't felt that well this week - asthma is nasty right now. How has the weather been treating you? We certainly didn't have much spring; right from winter into summer. Hope all is well with you. Sally
What a beautiful, petite flower arrangement. Aren't daughters just the best?! I am so grateful for my 1 daughter, 1 daughter-in-law and my two very precious step-daughters. They are all different and all such a joy!
What a beautiful arrangement Chari! I love delicate little arrangements like that! I would go to Walmart and buy a thing of those little pink carnations and bring them home. Between greenery in the yard and maybe a few other flowers blooming I would have 4 or 5 bouquets around the house!
Thank you so much for your sweet comments on my redo. I am so loving this pretty new room.
Yes that is a vintage chenille spread. I have several in the closet as I love picking them up at yard sales when I find a good deal on one.
My hubby decided that we are not having a team of 11 teens down to do VBS - they called Saturday saying they could be here May 29th (Sunday - the following Friday) We thought and prayed about it and feel like it will just be too much as then the day after they leave we would be doing another camp- me cooking. Would have loved to have those VBS's going for the towns but I do think he made the right decision.
Well friend I have a sweet little room for you to stay in if you ever come this way!
bee blessed
How sweet. Your daughter has great taste(of course she does, she is your daughter). I love the little teacup and the flowers are gorgeous. The carnations are my favorite. They are so "lacy" and delicate. You are truly blessed to have "three" wonderful daughters, and I am so glad you had a wonderful Mother's Day.
Hi Chari,
Love your teacup bouquet, it is so beautiful and looks so great on your dining room table. I sent one of those to my Mom years ago, and she loved hers too.
What a sweet and special Mother's Day gift.
Hi Chari,
Oh my, that Jenny picked out the perfect gift! That teacup bouquet is simply gorgeous!
And you have just the gift of making it even more pretty with your arranging and photography!
Love the table, love the pics!
So how are you my friend?
We actually had a summer like day today with highs in the 80's! Ha! Winter to summer and no spring in between!
I spent today outside cleaning flower beds and doing a little planting. Then Addison came and we played and snuggled!
I bet you are counting down the days until Gloria and Len come to visit! I am so excited for all of you!
You take care and I miss ya!
Hugs,
Cindy
