I hope that you're having a wonderful weekend! I know that everyone is busy...busy with the hustle-bustle of the season! Are you ready for Christmas? I haven't even begun my Christmas baking but will do so this coming week! We are having a small family Christmas this year...just honey, Darrin, Danielle, and me. But...I am sooo anxious! I love Christmas!!! I would like to send you and your families best wishes for a blessed and very Merry Christmas! May you enjoy this sweet season with close family and friends...may it be filled with God's love, joy, and peace!
Today for Sunday Favorites I thought I would revisit a post from last Christmas. I hope you enjoy!
Have a super Sunday, my friends and Merry Christmas!!!

Just a little note: Sunday Favorites Criteria
When I first started the Sunday Favorites meme, my initial thought was to offer a solution for getting a post out on the weekend without having to spend alot of time doing so...weekends are just a busy time for most of us! Copying and pasting a previous post is so quick and easy. Not only is this a quick and easy solution to the busy weekends, but it's also an opportunity to dig back into our blog archives and share a favorite "past" post once again! Many of us spend alot of time and effort creating a post and it just seems a shame that it is viewed only once and then forgotten about!
I would like to reiterate that Sunday Favorites is a meme about sharing or revisiting a post from the PAST!
Thank you!!!

A Golden Christmas...Under Glass
*
For those of you who follow my blog...you have already noticed that I changed out the Christmas vignette in front of the window in my living room!
*
and...
*
for a very good reason. I just had to use my brand new apothecary beverage jar in a Christmas vignette! This beautiful apothecary jar was a gift from Sara over at Sara's Sweet Surprise! I won Sara's gift giveaway last month! Yeeehawww!!! I was sooo surprised and just tickled pink! I have been wanting one of these apothecary beverage jars for the longest time! Thank you sooo much, Sara...I am really enjoying my gift!!!
If you haven't ever been over to Sara's blog...you are really missing out on a treat! Sara is just one of the sweetest ladies in Blogland!

I have alot of photos to share with you today so I promise that I won't be too "wordy"! Hehe!

A New Vignette...A Golden Christmas Under Glass!
*
I decided to fill my new apothecary jar with sparkley gold and white ornaments! And...I thought it might be pretty to just display several pretty glass containers filled with gold ornaments beside my new apothecary jar. This is how it turned out! What do you think?
*
*
Two apothecary jars, a crystal vase, a hurricane candle holder, and a miniature cloche...make up this vignette! Ohhh yes...and a little cherub! I just love my little cherub...he is holding out a leaf on which a sweet little bird has rested upon. A pretty gold brooch and a strand of pearls can be found on the leaf.

I took all of these photos early in the morning as it's really difficult to photograph this window while the light is shining in. I found that, depending on the angle of the shot, the lighting was different. Interesting! The photo above really does show that it's the wee hours of the morning...just enough light is coming in for a photo! You may also notice...if you look through the window...that we have lots of snow on the ground! The view, from this large window in my living room, really is picturesque...especially with the glistening snow!!!

The shiny glass and gold ornaments really do sparkle pretty in the light of the window!

I did an entire vignette around this little miniature cloche for Marty's Cloche Party last week. The cloche is filled with faux snow and little jingle bells! The vignette was different from what is here now...if you would like to see it...just click HERE.

I just had to share these next few photos with you...I thought the lighting was so pretty! Taken at the same time as all the other photos, however the light shows up in the most glorious shades of blues and lavender! The glass and gold ornaments looks so pretty against this unique, bluish colored lighting!

Again...different lighting because of a different angle (in the photo below). I am just an amateur photographer...but I really do enjoy taking photos!!!
