In Loving Memory of....

Dwain Lee Lambert....United States Air Force (1953)

Russell & his Dad Dwain (Easter 2006)
It's been a few days since I've been able to post...many of you know that we lost Russell's Father this past week. The funeral was yesterday, and today has been the first time I've been able to "come up for air". I just wanted to thank all of you for your concern and prayers....they have been so deeply appreciated....we have felt each and every one of them!!!
Russell and I are very thankful to the Lord for taking Dad as He did...Dad just passed away to Glory while he was sleeping! He had been ill for sometime and his days had been getting more and more difficult but we were thankful that he was able to be home and not in some nursing home or hospital! We also take great comfort and peace in knowing that Dad was ready to meet the Lord and because of this, we didn't have to say "goodbye" but rather, "we will meet again"!!!
Thank you again my friends...for all of your prayers and condolences!!!
Love Chari

Oh Chari,

My deepest sympathies.
I'm so sorry. I know I just don't understand why.

I'm watching my parents age and it's getting very scary.

Tears are running down my face thinking of all of you and your pain.

Please know that we are thinking of you and praying for you and your family at this time.

Take Care, ~Melissa

Chari, I'm so very sorry for your loss here on earth. But we know you all will be with him again someday. The solace is in knowing he went peacefully. This was a beautiful memorial to what was a beautiful man. My thoughts and prayers and tons of hugs go out to you my dear friend.. Hugs
